Reiki Practitioners

PictureMy name is Victoria (Vicki) Harris, I am a certified Reiki Master Practitioner (energy healer) in Saratoga Springs, NY and an Independent Distributor for Young Living Essential Oils. I provide intuitive Reiki healing sessions along with guidance on overall holistic wellness.

There are many forms of energy work in the world, the art of Reiki is one that I was naturally drawn to. As a young child, I always felt a connection to healing and energies and would use this guidance to help family pets in time of need. After graduating from Siena college, I became invested in living a holistic lifestyle and learning the art of Reiki. It’s the simplicity of Reiki that attracted me to this form of healing therapy.

I obtained my Reiki Master Practitioner certification in Usui Reiki and have been practicing with healing energies for many years on adults, children, and animals. Integrating essential oils and crystals, I have a strong intuition that guides me in the healing process for my clients.

In my practice, I enjoy helping people take a more holistic approach to their health. Creating a place where one can feel relaxed and the weight of the world has been lifted off their shoulders is what my intentions are in each session. “Be Love, Be Light”

Tai Chi Instructors

Tony Grimaldi was first introduced to the art of Tai Chi in 1994, a year after he moved to the Capital Region. Tony became interested in Tai Chi after viewing the benefits of taking a Tai Chi course, previously offered as an Adult Ed Beginner’s course in Ballston Spa, NY.

After completing the course, Tony knew he wanted to continue learning Tai Chi, as he felt less stress and anxiety from his hectic work schedule. He then continued his studies with Master Lu Yuzhi, a distinguished Tai Chi Instructor and Jim Posniewski, a champion of the USA National Tai Chi Chuan Federation.

From learning the various forms and styles of Tai Chi, Tony knew it would be a healthy way to stay fit, improve his breathing, and mental well-being.

On the road to becoming an expert, Tony continuously studied Tai Chi by taking classes and fell in love with the art. In 2007, Tony became a Certified Tai Chi Instructor by Master Jesse Tsao of Tai Chi Health-Ways of San Diego, CA.  As a goal in his life, Tony wants to spread the word about Tai Chi  by offering classes to teach others. In doing so, he’d like to share the benefits he has received from practicing this martial art.

Currently, Tony resides in Saratoga County, and lives with his wife, Linda, of 35 years. They have two daughters, Victoria and Lauren, and their dog Lexi.
